Panelists will discuss the role of regional maritime domain awareness networks, collaborative frameworks, and advanced technology solutions in enhancing persistent surveillance and response capabilities. The panelists will focus on how nations and partners can leverage innovation-driven deterrence to address these challenges, strengthen regional security, and maintain freedom of navigation in contested waters. By integrating technology, partnerships, and operational frameworks, panelists will provide actionable insights into countering gray zone threats and ensuring stability in Oceania's maritime domain.
