Mr. Brent Parker, Science Applications International Corporation, serves as Pacific Multi-Domain Training Experimentation (PMTEC) Industry Engagement Coordinator, and a Joint Training Analyst, USINDOPACOM J7 Directorate.   

Colonel Parker retired as Director, Training and Exercises HQ, USINDOPACOM. His responsibilities included management of the largest Combatant Command Training and Exercise program in the Department of Defense with 22 Joint and Combined Exercises, 130 personnel, and a $160M budget. He additionally served as J3, Director of Staff.

Prior assignments include United States Army Pacific (USARPAC), Fort Shafter, Hawaii where he served as Director, Theater Joint Force Land Component Command-Coordination Cell (TJFLCC-CC), Director, USARPAC Coordination Element (UCE) forward deployed South Korea, and USARPAC Chief of Fires. 

Director Operations, J3 Joint Task Force- North (JTF-N), USNORTHCOM providing DoD support to Drug Law Enforcement Agencies in the war on drugs and terror. 

Battalion Commander, Fires Battalion, 5th Brigade Combat Team (BCT), Army Experimental Task Force (AETF), 1st Armored Division, Fort Bliss, Texas, (now 4-29 FA) Deputy Commandant, Army Joint Support Team, Joint Fires Instructor Air-Ground Operations School, 6th Combat Training Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV.

Battalion Operations Officer, 1st Battalion, 76th Field Artillery, 4th Brigade Combat Team during a combat deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom, Baghdad, Iraq

He also served tours at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, CA as a Fire Support Analyst, Combat Service Support Observer/Controller, and Brigade Fire Support Observer/Controller as well as the Combat Maneuver Training Center (CMTC), 7th Army Training Command, Hohenfels, Germany where he served as a Plans and Operations Officer and Brigade Adjutant.
