Dr. Christopher Lloyd is currently serving as the Navy Distinguished Scientist for Directed Energy at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division in a Scientific and Professional Senior Executive role. Appointed to this position July 14, Lloyd fulfills a critical mandate as the Department of the Navy's foremost authority in the research, development, test, evaluation, integration and deployment of directed-energy weapon systems and related technologies.
