Mr. Keith DeVries serves as the Director of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) program, where he leads strategic investments and partnerships to advance defense manufacturing capabilities. With over 25 years of experience, including leadership roles at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane and as Deputy Director of OSD ManTech, Mr. DeVries has been instrumental in transitioning prototype technologies into full-scale manufacturing, improving acquisition and repair processes, and reducing costs for defense weapon systems. His expertise spans systems engineering, project management, and technology modernization, all aimed at enhancing readiness and support for U.S. warfighters.
