Mary Ann Swendsen is a certified Emergency Manager, retired USCG officer, and an accomplished planner with 20+ years of experience in international affairs, homeland security, defense, contingency planning, humanitarian assistance/disaster response and maritime security. As the All Domain Joint Training Planner and PMTEC Experimentation Integrator, she plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates joint capabilities (Space, cyber, electronic warfare, information operations) in support of U.S. Army and U.S. INDO-Pacific Command. She integrates emerging technologies and concepts for joint training, exercises, and wargaming to include allies and partners. Supports Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled tools and capabilities to improve efficiency, joint force training, operations, and combined joint all-domain command and control (CJADC2) capabilities.
