Speakers

Dr. Scott Brunstetter is the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for the J2 at the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, at Camp Smith, HI. He has extensive experience across the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, with specific knowledge of strategy and planning, resource formulation and execution, program management, and technology procurement. During his 20-year career, he has served at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of the Army, the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, and at the State Department.  He is married and lives with his wife in Ewa Beach, HI.
